About PDF Organize Pages
PDF Organize Pages is a free online tool that lets you reorder, delete, duplicate, and rotate individual pages in a PDF using drag-and-drop thumbnails. All processing happens entirely in your browser — your files never leave your device, ensuring complete privacy. Shift-click to select page ranges for batch operations. No signup required, no watermarks, no file size server limits.
How to Use
Upload a PDF to see full thumbnail previews of every page. Drag pages to rearrange them in any order. Click individual page thumbnails to select them — Shift-click to select a range — then use the toolbar to delete, duplicate, rotate clockwise, or rotate counter-clockwise. When your organization is complete, click Download PDF to save the restructured document.
Common Use Cases
- Administrative staff assembling multi-part documents from different sources can use drag-and-drop reordering to arrange pages in the correct reading sequence after merging several PDFs together.
- Lawyers and paralegals preparing court exhibit bundles can reorder evidence pages to match exhibit numbering requirements and delete irrelevant pages before submission.
- Individuals who scanned a multi-page document with pages in the wrong order can drag the thumbnails into the correct sequence without rescanning the entire document.
- Publishers and content creators who combine multiple source PDFs into a single document can remove duplicate pages, reorganize chapters, and rotate landscape pages to portrait orientation.
- Students compiling research notes and printed articles into a single study PDF can organize pages by topic using the thumbnail view, reordering sections to match their preferred study outline.
