About PDF Extract Pages
PDF Extract Pages is a free online tool that pulls specific pages from a PDF into a new file — extract pages as a single combined PDF or as individual page files packaged in a ZIP archive. Select pages visually by clicking thumbnails or enter a range by number for large documents. Everything processes in your browser — files never leave your device. No signup required, no watermarks.
How to Use
Upload a PDF (up to 50 MB) to see thumbnail previews of all pages. Click individual page thumbnails to select them for extraction — Shift-click for ranges. For documents over 50 pages, use the range input (e.g., 1,3,5-8). Choose Single PDF to combine all selected pages into one document, or Individual Pages (ZIP) to download each page as a separate PDF file. Click Extract & Download to save your selection.
Common Use Cases
- Legal professionals extracting specific exhibits from a large discovery PDF can select only the relevant pages and download them as a focused exhibit packet without editing or duplicating the full original document.
- Educators pulling specific chapters or problem sets from a comprehensive textbook PDF can extract only the pages relevant to a particular week's lesson and share the focused extract with students.
- Medical and healthcare administrators extracting specific lab result pages from multi-patient PDF reports can use the range input to select precise page ranges and export each patient's data as a separate PDF.
- Architects and engineers working with large specification PDFs can extract only the sections relevant to their discipline — structural, mechanical, or electrical — into a focused working copy.
- Content creators who receive comprehensive media kits as PDFs can extract only the press release pages, image sheets, or executive bio pages they need rather than sharing the entire branded document.
