About Typing Speed Test
A typing speed test measures how fast and accurately you can type. Your speed is measured in WPM (words per minute), where a 'word' is defined as 5 characters. Accuracy measures the percentage of characters typed correctly. Average typing speed is 40 WPM, while professional typists often reach 80-100 WPM or more.
How to Use
Select your preferred test duration (15, 30, 60, or 120 seconds) and difficulty level. Click Start or begin typing to start the timer. Type the displayed text as fast and accurately as possible. After the test ends, your WPM, accuracy, and other stats are displayed. Your personal best scores are saved for each duration.
