The Body Fat Calculator estimates your body fat percentage using two methods: the US Navy circumference method (highly accurate, uses neck/waist/hip measurements) and a BMI-based estimate. It also shows your lean body mass, fat mass, and fitness category.
How to Use
Select your gender and preferred unit system. For the US Navy method, enter your height, neck, waist (and hip for women) measurements. For BMI-based, enter height and weight. Click Calculate to see your body fat percentage and fitness category.
