Sokoban
Push all boxes onto the target spots. Think ahead — every move counts!
About Sokoban
Sokoban (Japanese for 'warehouse keeper') is a classic puzzle game created in 1982 by Hiroyuki Imabayashi. The player pushes boxes around a maze to place them all on designated target squares.
How to Play
Move your character with arrow keys or WASD. Walk into a box to push it. Place all boxes on the yellow target spots to complete the level. You can only push boxes, never pull them.
Tips & Strategies
- Plan your moves before pushing — boxes can get stuck in corners.
- Use the Undo button freely to correct mistakes.
- Look for boxes that need to reach corners — these must be the last to place.
- Count the minimum number of moves needed before starting.
- Think in reverse: where does each box need to go, and from which direction can you push it there?
