About Pong
Pong is the first commercially successful video game, released by Atari in 1972. It simulates table tennis with two paddles and a ball. Simple yet endlessly competitive, Pong started the video game revolution.
How to Play
Move your paddle with W/S keys (or mouse) to hit the ball. The ball bounces back and forth — score a point when your opponent misses. First to 11 points wins the set. Win 2 sets to win the match.
Tips & Strategies
- Hit with the edge of your paddle to angle the ball unexpectedly.
- Watch the ball trajectory and position early rather than reacting late.
- Keep your paddle near the center to cover both directions.
- On Hard difficulty, the AI is nearly perfect — precision and angles are key.
- In 2-player mode, use diagonal angles to force your opponent to the edges.
