Connect Four
Drop discs to connect four in a row — horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. Play against AI or a friend!
About Connect Four
Connect Four is a classic two-player strategy game introduced by Milton Bradley in 1974. Players take turns dropping colored discs into a 7-column, 6-row vertical grid. The first player to connect four discs in a row wins.
How to Play
Click a column to drop your disc into the lowest available space. Take turns with your opponent or the AI. Connect four of your discs horizontally, vertically, or diagonally to win while blocking your opponent.
Tips & Strategies
- Control the center columns — they offer the most winning opportunities.
- Build multiple threats simultaneously to force your opponent to block only one.
- Watch for diagonal threats, which are often harder to spot than horizontal ones.
- When playing the AI, start on Easy to learn the patterns first.
- Set up a double threat where you can win in two different ways at once.
